Neas Furniture Services a family-based relocation company working for the people of Southland since 1998 servicing the South Island of New Zealand. Our area covers the Southland and Central Otago regions and we have recently begun using 20-foot containers to relocate house lots to the North Island using the Allied Pickfords Branches for delivery in those areas.
We also have a full packing and wrapping service available for maximum protection of your items. Insurance coverage is available to protect your possessions for any eventuality from packing to delivery
Furniture Removal Options
Neas Furniture Services have two removal trucks and two covered trailers.
Our options include a truck and driver, two or three men rates as required. Upon completing a survey and an acceptance of quote the required resources are allocated in our diary.
If you are working with a budget we may have some suggestions for you.
Packing
Not confident in packing? Or don't have time to? We can help. We offer the following options to help you with your packing needs:
Neas pack breakables only: only crockery and glassware/crystal is carrier packed and you arrange for all non-breakables to be packed. We can pack with paper only, bubble wrap or tube wrap if you require extra protection.
Full packing service: all household items that can fit in a carton are packed by Neas Furniture utilising the appropriate method of packing for each category of items.
Wrapping
We wrap furniture items with furniture blankets for most of our removals. Mattresses and bases are placed in large plastic bags and also lounge suits if desired. For recently purchased furniture we recommend wrapping it in tuff wrap bubble wrap for additional protection.
Storage
If you require storage of your house lot or only a few items we have options depending on the length of storage.
We can do a total inventory check of all items prior to pick-up. This records the condition of the items and can be compared with when delivered to ensure no damage has occurred.
